Calling all professionals! Newt is a stunning animal with the movement, jump, and athleticism to take you to the top of the sport. He started his career in the eventing world and we have loads of video of him from that. He has been in training with us for the last two months and is an absolute angel to handle, clip, bathe, vet, for the farrier, hacks out on the buckle and does cows, creeks, puddles, you name it! Newt has the talent for most any discipline but we see Newt excelling in the H/J ring and would make a winning EQ horse with ease. Newt is a full sibling to Shanroe Cooley and was imported 2 years ago with an eventing career in mind. Newt has competed up to 3'5 at recognized events prior to coming to us. He's bold and could easily return to his eventing career but his true calling is in the showring. He will start showing this spring, if not sold beforehand. Newt does have a quirk that is manageable with proper guidance. Happy to disclose details with serious buyers.
