We've just completed an upgrade to the website adding a few key new features:

1) We're happy to announce that in addition to the basic ads which we offer on Bigeq.com, users may now opt to place "premium" listings, which offer more features and better placement on the website.

2) Hunter/Jumper Barn links are back! Give your farm maximum exposure within the hunter/jumper community by placing your farm's link on Bigeq.com. Place your link here: https://www.bigeq.com/advertise.php

3) My Horse Shows - we've redone the system to make it easier for trainers and those listing multiple ads. Instead of listing horse shows for each individual horse, users may now create and manage a master list of horse shows they are attending. All the horses within the user's account are automatically added to the show schedule, but users can easily remove any horses that are not attending a certain show. Should simplify things a bit!

With the winter circuits recently completed, we've compiled and calculated our annual equitation index. So without further ado, we present the 2012 Bigeq.com Equitation Index, an annual calculation of the best equitation riders in the country.

There must be something about chestnut horses named after precious stones. We love Sapphire, of course, and now have a new favorite in the beautiful "Emerald", ridden by Dutch rider Harrie Smolders. The Belgian Warmblood stallion (Diamant de Semilly x Carthago) is just lovely to watch, and had a nice round today in the 1.45m FEI class at WEF.
