Journey is a very competitive, talented and flashy pony. She is a great mover and she really loves to jump. With her smooth canter and easy lead change, she will beautifully and without any hesitation get you over the fence every time. She doesn’t need to see the jumps before showing, even the spookier ones (logs, gates, barrels, etc.). She will jump from any distance and doesn’t hold it against the rider. She’s a very patient horse and doesn’t care to stand still for a long period of time until it’s her time to shine in the ring. Goes out on trail with no problem.
Imported from USA in 2022, she’s been trained by a professional rider for the past year, and ridden by a 13 years old girl on a regular basis.
Her ground manners make her easy to handle, she is great for vet and farrier, she stands on the cross ties, loads and clips without a problem.
Journey knows how to catch the judges eyes, always finishing in the top ribbons of her class. She has been qualified for the USA pony finals 2022 and lately has been shown on the hunter circuit locally and was provincial champion and reserve champion recently.
Would consider a lease as well. She’s a family horse, so it’s hard to let go of her. Not for beginner, but she will be perfect for a young rider or small adult looking to finish off a safe and competitive pony.
