Whale of a Tale ("Boden") is a jet black 2018, imported Welsh, gelding. 12.2h and the crowd/judge's favorite everywhere he goes. Boden carries a beautiful expression, is brave and scopey over fences, walks the lines, has a great lead change, correct conformation and clean legs, and is the hack winner with a beautiful trot and ground covering canter. This pony is always kind with excellent manners and loves to show and live on the road. Minimal to no prep and never needs to see the ring. Barefoot and no maintenance. Boden finished 2025 at the top of the Zone 2 HOTY standings in both the small greens and small regular pony hunters, is qualified for Pony Finals 2026, and has hundreds of points towards Devon and Indoors! Flexible lease terms - the priority is for this pony to be in a top program with a really deserving child so we are open to options that will continue bringing this pony along and showing him at his best.
