Lanzar aka Jack, are you looking for a tall, dark, and handsome 3 ring partner? Jack is your guy, a 17 hh, 11 yrs old imported Irish gelding, shown in Europe to 1.30m prior to import. Since being in NA, he has shown to 1.0m jumpers with JR riders. This past year he made his children’s hunter debut, placed in Hunter Derbies, as well as some top placings in the jumper medals. Jack has a beautiful way of going, gives his rider a lovely feel, huge step, and soft scopey jump, with great form. He has a lot of presence in the ring; you will get noticed. He would excel being developed as a big equitation horse, well broke on the flat, lovely balance gives his riders a beautiful feel, does his counter canter, turn on hunches, turn on forehand, etc., good changes, big step, walks the lines. Jack tries hard for his rider and has a kind, forgiving nature; he is also happy to jump the small jumps. If you have someone learning to jump, he will start happily at cross rails and work his way up, beginner friendly. He is able to do many jobs and always does them happily. Jack is only offered for sale as his rider has decided she wants to focus on developing in the jumper ring, and Jack prefers a slower Eq type lifestyle.
