Proudly and regretfully offered for sale. Adonis, AKA Hotwheels, is an 11 year old purebred (papered) Arabian gelding. He was broke as a 4 year old and has been with the same person ever since. He was slowly introduced to jumping at 6 years of age, which is where he continues to shine. His heart and athleticism are undeniable. Adonis is the most fun little horse you’ll ever sit on. He’s made his way up to the 1.10 meter and has shown successfully at that height. He’s a competitive jumper and not for someone looking for a kick ride. Gets down the lines no problem. He can go around and get the adds but can also easily win the jump off. This horse would make a great lower level 3 day Eventer!
Adonis is a gentleman across the board. Does all the ins and outs; trailers alone or with a friend, turns out alone or with a friend, walks in the show ring without a hand, no prep for shows, trail rides, does some cross country, great flat work, loves baths, stands like a statue for clipping, lovely groundwork, lunges better than most, swims, a saint for the farrier and vet, the list goes on.
He’s currently being quarter leased by a junior amateur who’s shown him with great results in the .80s, will move up to the .90s if someone doesn’t scoop him before then.
Good home with a loving, hands on person is an absolute MUST. Open to short trials under contract. Please contact Renee directly with any and all questions.
