Chatel aka "Frenchie" is a stunning Equitation ride. Big stride, uphill with a smooth, rhythmic canter. Knows his job - brave at the jumps and will take off from literally any distance without a second thought. Has all the buttons on the flat and surprisingly handy for his size. Leg ride.
Frenchie can cross over into the Jumpers, but really shines in the Equitation ring - where he’s been a past champion in the 3' Adult Eq and 3’3” Medals. Plenty of scope for 3'6" Medal classes.
Frenchie is an absolute teddy bear on the ground with excellent manners - no bad habits or vices. Truly a barn favorite for his sweet, affectionate personality. Sound, easy keeper with light maintenance.
