Harthago Normandy is a 8YO scopey talented Selle Francais gelding by Mylord Carthago out of a mare by Contempo (Contender). He is a joy to have in the barn—friendly, in-your-pocket personality, easy to handle, and always ready to work and please his rider. He can take days off and come out the same horse.

Harthago has successfully competed up to 1.30m last winter with an amateur rider, showing plenty of scope for more.
At shows, Harthago is reliable and safe, with a competitive spirit. Harthago has the quality and scope to be your next High jr/am jumper.
He always jumps, does not need any prep or pro ride to get to the ring and is the same horse no matter where he goes.

His nice disposition makes him an ideal choice for amateurs and juniors alike but his talent will also appeal to a pro. He wants to be careful and please his rider, however, he is a sensitive soul and doesn’t like bullies with harsh hands.
He wants to stay off the rails, has a great balance and just the right amount of blood.
