“Elvis” is a beautiful black 17.1hh 2020 Gelding by World Class stallion Presley Boy out of a Don VHP Z mare. With bloodlines like his, he is one to watch for in the future. Elvis has a level headed demeanour, balanced uphill movement, and is showing that he is suitable for an amateur to bring along as well! He has been started over little courses and is working towards a light show season. Full set of clean X-rays available.
Paragons Sire, the large black stallion Presley Boy, was successful for various nations with Jaime Azcarraga/MEX and Khaled al Eid/KSa, and was highly placed at the CHIO in Aachen. Khaled al Eid won the Grand Prix of Gijon with him and was second in the show-jumping Global Champions Tour of Abu Dhabi. Furthermore, they were 12th in the individual ranking of the World Equestrian Games in Kentucky. In 2014, he passed away. His descendants, who belong to a large number of breeding associations, are themselves consistently successful and have started competing at the highest level. His sire Concorde was victorious at the highest international level with Jos Lansink, for example in the Grand Prix of Nord Rhine-Westphalia in Aachen, and second in Amsterdam, Lanaken, Helsinki and Gothenburg. In 1994, he won the Dutch championships. In breeding, he achieved an outstanding performance in 2003. Four of his descendants qualified for the World Cup final in Las Vegas. Jikke, Conquest, Viktor and Marius Claudius each won a World Cup qualification.
His Dam Sire Don VHP Z was vice European Champion and winner of major CSI5* Grand Prix’s, such as that of GCT Hamburg, Grand-Prix Rome and his numerous flawless Nations Cup performances, not to forget jumping double clear at the FEI Nations Cup Final of Barcelona with his rider Harrie Smolders to clinch the win for Holland. Don VHP Z has a percentage of 86% clear rounds in 1.60m courses. Few horses will equal that. Past that, Diamant de Semilly is the sire of this extraodinary stallion. Diamant de Semilly was an exceptional showjumper and is a proven sire! Born in 1991 out of Le Tot de Semilly x Elf III. Diamant won team gold at the World Championship in 2002 at Jerez de la Frontera and individual 9th place in the final , 2002 team gold, 2003 team silver European Championship in Donaueschingen. He also won numerous Grand prix’s including GP Saint-Lo and GP Caen. Several descendants of Diamant de Semilly are active at the highest level.
